- Store structured call information in configured business records, including Google Sheets where included in the customer's service.

3. Third-Party Technology Providers
OmniCall Solutions may use third-party technology platforms to provide and operate its services. These may include providers used for AI voice processing, telephone connectivity, automation, email delivery, data storage and other technical functions.
Depending on the service configuration, information may therefore be processed by third-party service providers such as Vapi, Twilio, Google, Make and other providers selected by OmniCall Solutions or by a customer.
These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms of service.
4. Business Customer Responsibility
Where OmniCall Solutions provides services to a business customer, that business customer remains responsible for determining what customer information it collects through its AI agent and how that information is used.
The business customer is responsible for ensuring that its call handling, recordings, notifications, customer communications and data collection practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Call Transcripts and Recordings
Depending on the configuration selected by the customer, calls may generate transcripts, summaries or other conversation data. Audio recording may or may not be enabled depending on the service configuration.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any required notice or consent relating to call recording, transcription or automated call handling is provided to callers where required by applicable law.
6. Data Storage
Information may be stored temporarily or for the period required to provide the contracted service. The exact storage period may vary depending on the customer's service configuration and the third-party platforms used.
Customers may request information about their configured data storage arrangements.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through our services. However, no internet-based system or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell customer call information as a standalone commercial product.
Information may be disclosed to technical service providers where necessary to operate the service, to the relevant business customer, where required by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect the security and rights of OmniCall Solutions, its customers or other persons.
